Bachelor's degree in any field.
1-2 years' experience in client relationship management, banking, or real estate services.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
Ability to travel locally to assigned bank branches daily.
Basic understanding of property valuation services and real estate processes
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit designated bank branches on a daily/weekly.
Build strong working relationships with branch managers, credit officers, and loan departments.
Generate valuation work orders by identifying opportunities in property-backed loan processes.
Collect necessary documents and client information for valuation assignments.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of valuation requests.
Provide status updates to bank staff and promptly resolve any client queries or issues.
Maintain accurate records of branch visits, client interactions, and leads.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity during branch interactions and report findings.
Ensure service quality standards and compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
