Position:

Relationship Manager - Customs Clearance Division

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for business growth. Coordinate with clients regarding shipment status, documentation, and clearance procedures. Oversee and verify

customs documentation

in compliance with regulatory requirements. Liaise effectively with internal departments, customs officials, and port authorities to ensure smooth operations. Handle client queries, provide timely updates, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of transactions, correspondence, and client communication. Support business development initiatives and assist in client onboarding processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

in

customs clearance or freight forwarding industry

(mandatory). In-depth knowledge of

import/export documentation

,

customs procedures

, and

port operations

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach. Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with logistics software will be an advantage.
