Suryoday Small Finance Bank is looking for an experienced Relationship Officer (RO) for CASA, Fixed Deposits (FD), and Life Insurance (LI) sales at our Vijayawada branch.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in retail banking sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management within the Vijayawada market.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquisition of CASA, FD, and LI customers

Achieve assigned sales targets

Build and manage long-term customer relationships

Cross-sell banking and insurance products

Handle customer queries and provide solutions

Coordinate with branch team for business growth

Ensure compliance with bank policies

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Banking

Experience in CASA, FD, and Insurance sales

Strong local market knowledge of Vijayawada

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Graduation in any discipline (preferred)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Currently working or previously worked in Retail Banking

Proven sales and target achievement record

Ready for field and branch-based sales activities
