About the Role



This is a full-time on-site role for a student relationship officer. The RO/SRO will be responsible for providing overseas education counseling services to students to help them choose courses, select career paths, and set career goals. The RO/SRO will also provide guidance on student admissions and provide students with excellent service.

Key Responsibilities



1. Counsel students and their families regarding study abroad options, including universities, courses, and destinations.

2. Provide advice related to course selection, academic programs, and career options.

3. Assist students with the entire application process, including filling out application forms, writing personal statements, SOP's, CV's and preparing for interviews.

4. Provide information and assistance with visa applications and ensure all necessary documents are prepared and submitted on time.

5. Conduct pre-departure orientations to help students understand cultural differences, accommodation options, and travel logistics.

6. Stay updated on changes in university admission requirements, visa regulations, and other relevant areas.

7. Build and maintain relationship with universities, colleges and other educational institutions admissions team.

8. Liaising with other staffs and team members to ensure that students are receiving the support they need.

9. Conduct outbound calls to potential students from provided data to promote product and services.

10. Answer questions and clear doubts about products, services and the company.

11. Generate new leads through student referrals.

12. Build and maintain positive relationships with students.

13. Address student needs and resolve issues or complaints promptly.

14. Follow up on leads and prospects to ensure successful conversion.

15. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales and student information in the CRM system or Excel file.

16. Prepare and submit timely reports on call activity, sales and leads.

Compensation & Benefits



? Salary Range: ?1,80,000 - ?2,40,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
