We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Relationship Officer
to join our dynamic team in Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering excellent banking solutions. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, helping them with banking products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate banking products (e.g., savings accounts, loans, credit cards, investment options).
Achieve sales targets for banking products and services.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving queries and concerns promptly.
Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to foster long-term engagement.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, credit, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Stay updated on banking regulations, products, and market trends.
Key Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in sales or relationship management in the banking or financial sector.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Finance or Commerce preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good knowledge of banking products and services.
Fluency in
Malayalam
and
English
preferred.
