Key Responsibilities:



As a

Relationship Manager,

you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering lasting relationships with our customers and partners. Your responsibilities will include:

Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new customers for Home Loans and LAP products through a combination of field visits, cold calling, and leveraging referrals. Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with individual customers, real estate agents, and business partners, ensuring continuous business growth. Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective pipeline management, strategic sales planning, and timely follow-ups. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to ensure Rahane Financial Services remains competitive. Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies and relevant financial regulations, maintaining high standards of professionalism. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. Address client concerns promptly to foster long-term customer satisfaction and retention. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications and seamless customer onboarding.

Candidate Profile:



Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in sales, specifically in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) is

mandatory.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Strong command over sales techniques, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Hindi. Ability to convey complex financial solutions in a clear and customer-friendly manner. Comfortable with local travel for client meetings and business development activities. Prior experience in the Financial Services industry or FinTech sector is highly desirable. Strong understanding of the loan process, customer acquisition, and relationship management. Familiarity with digital sales tools and platforms used in the financial sector.
