This role combines people leadership with revenue oversight and hands-on client engagement.Key Responsibilities1. Team Management & Productivity:- Lead daily/weekly team huddles to review priorities and performance- Conduct sales funnel and pipeline reviews to track progress and identify gaps- Mentor and coach RMs on advisory skills, client engagement, and productivity- Drive consistent performance and team discipline2. Revenue Oversight & Client Engagement:- Ensure team target achievement and revenue growth- Participate in key client meetings along with RMs for support and closures- Monitor individual and team-level KPIs3.
