The Relationship Manager is responsible for taking care of existing bank customers and bringing in new customers. The role involves understanding customer needs and offering them the right banking and financial products.
Key Responsibilities:
Bring in new customers through leads and by linking family accounts.
Increase deposits like savings accounts, current accounts, and fixed deposits from assigned premium customers.
Sell bank products and third-party products such as loans, investments, and insurance to increase income per customer.
Handle all banking needs of assigned customers and provide good service.
Increase the number of bank and third-party products used by each customer.
Regularly meet or call customers to help them and inform them about new products.
Support and participate in sales campaigns run by the bank.
Follow bank rules, processes, and compliance requirements strictly.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Education:
Graduate or Postgraduate (background in finance or commerce is preferred).
Postgraduate degree in Finance or Commerce is an added advantage.
Work Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in the banking industry.
At least 2 years of experience as a Relationship Manager is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
