We are looking for enthusiastic

Relationship Manager

for one of our major retail clients at Calicut.

Experience: 2-5 yrs

Location: Calicut

Responsibilities:

- Manage key customer relationships and drive sales

- Understand customer preferences and offer tailored recommendations

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues

- Collaborate with sales teams to meet targets

- Analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in relationship management(retail / fashion industry)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion for fashion and customer service

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
