The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing property solutions that align with their requirements. The role involves managing end-to-end sales processes, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
? Identify and understand client property requirements and suggest suitable real estate options.
? Conduct property site visits and guide clients through the buying or leasing process.
? Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries, leads, and follow-ups.
? Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to promote new projects and offers.
? Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
? Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and closing documents.
? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
? Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
