Position: Relationship Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Product Handling:
Specialize in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Manage end-to-end loan processing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their loan requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Offer personalized financial advice and services to clients.
Business Development:
Source new business opportunities through Direct Selling Agents (DSA).
Develop strategies to increase loan disbursement and achieve sales targets.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in handling Home Loans and LAP.
Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
Education:
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand financial products and market trends.
Proficiency in MS Office and financial software.
Compensation:
CTC: Up to 6 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA).
