IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager-Business Banking to join our team in Delhi, India. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our business banking portfolio by building strong relationships with our clients and providing them with exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing business banking clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the portfolio
• Understand the financial needs of clients and provide them with customized solutions
• Cross-sell other banking products and services to clients
• Conduct regular reviews of client accounts and provide recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies
• Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless banking experience for clients
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business banking or sales
• Strong understanding of financial products and services
