We are hiring for Relationship manager /ARDM

Qualification- Graduation mandatory

Experience- Minimum 1 year in field sales (insurance background)

Language-English & Kannada

Package- 20k to 50k

Work time- 9 AM - 5.30 PM

Working Days- 6 days

Age- Below 39

Location- MG road, Indranagar , Rajajinagar, Jaynagar - Bangalore, Mysore , Mangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Building: Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents to achieve business goals. Sales Management: Guide and motivate the team to generate insurance business by engaging with potential clients in the field. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with agents, ensuring they are equipped and motivated to meet targets. Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities and drive business growth in your assigned territory. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through effective team leadership and individual contributions.
