7x Growth (Unit of Shivaay) is looking for a confident and proactive
Relationship Manager
to join our team. In this role, you will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and make sure they get excellent service. You will work closely with our internal teams to coordinate projects, resolve client concerns, and foster long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate has good communication skills, experience in handling clients, knowledge of basic digital marketing tasks, and the ability to manage a small team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and handle all communication professionally.
Understand client needs and objectives and work with internal teams to deliver results.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Help resolve client queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Coordinate with digital marketing and other teams to make sure work is delivered on time.
Guide and support a small team to help manage deliverables.
Track and share client feedback to improve service quality.
Required Skills
Minimum 06 months
of experience in client handling or account management
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of digital marketing basics and ability to coordinate with marketing teams.
Experience managing or guiding a small team.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
Organized, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
