Working Capital Relationship Manager (Rajasthan)
Locations: Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Bikaner
CTC: Up to 6 LPA
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Working Capital / SME Finance
Role Summary
Responsible for sourcing Working Capital products (CC, OD, Term Loan) through open market channels and managing SME customer relationships across assigned cities in Rajasthan.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new SME clients for Working Capital products.
Source CC, OD, and Term Loan proposals from open market and reference channels.
Conduct financial assessment, bank statement analysis, and eligibility checks.
Manage existing relationships to increase wallet share and renewals.
Ensure documentation accuracy and coordination with credit and operations.
Drive monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of experience in Working Capital / SME product sales.
Strong understanding of financial statements and business banking.
Local market knowledge of Rajasthan preferred.
Graduate or above.
