Relationship Manager - Working Capital

Designation: Relationship Manager
CTC: Up to 5 LPA
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Product: Working Capital - CC, OD, Term Loan
Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced Relationship Managers to drive Working Capital business across key Rajasthan markets. This role requires strong market understanding, open market sourcing, financial analysis skills, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Source SME customers for Working Capital facilities (CC, OD, Term Loans).
Conduct financial assessment and evaluate banking profiles for credit fitment.
Identify prospective businesses through market visits, cold calls, and references.
Manage end-to-end customer onboarding, documentation, and coordination with credit teams.
Maintain portfolio quality through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
Cross-sell allied banking and insurance products to deepen client relationships.
