Job Role Summary

Looking for a proactive and result-oriented Relationship Manager (RM) with hands-on experience in Working Capital and/or Construction Finance. The RM will be responsible for sourcing clients, assessing their financial needs, coordinating with lenders, and ensuring seamless execution of loan proposals.

Key Responsibilities

Source and acquire new clients requiring Working Capital or Construction Finance. Understand client requirements and structure suitable financial solutions. Prepare and collect necessary documentation for loan proposals. Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for sanctions and disbursements. Maintain and manage client relationships for repeat business and referrals. Conduct preliminary financial analysis such as balance sheet study, cash flow assessment, etc. Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely processing of files. Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to branch/company growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in Working Capital / Construction Finance (mandatory). Strong understanding of financial products, loan processing, and credit assessment. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Basic knowledge of financial statements and documentation. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Graduation or Post-Graduation in Finance, Commerce, or related fields preferred.
