About the Role:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing and managing SME clients for Working Capital products. The role involves direct acquisition, financial assessment, and portfolio management with a strong focus on CC, OD, and Term Loan products.
Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire SME clients for Working Capital facilities (CC, OD, Term Loans)
• Conduct open market sourcing and field visits
• Understand client business models and assess funding requirements
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for case processing
• Manage portfolio quality and ensure timely renewals
• Drive cross-sell opportunities within assigned portfolio
• Ensure documentation and policy compliance
