Role Overview:
We are hiring skilled Relationship Managers to expand Working Capital business across Gujarat. The role focuses on SME acquisition, open market sourcing, and managing existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Source SME customers for Working Capital facilities (CC, OD, Term Loans).
Conduct financial assessment and evaluate banking profiles for credit fitment.
Identify prospective businesses through market visits, cold calls, and references.
Manage end-to-end customer onboarding, documentation, and coordination with credit teams.
Maintain portfolio quality through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
Cross-sell allied banking and insurance products to deepen client relationships.
