We are seeking an experienced Wealth Relationship Manager (Wealth RM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong client relationships, a proven track record in wealth management, and the ability to generate sales through personal networks.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire, manage, and deepen relationships with HNI and UHNI clients.
Generate business opportunities through an existing client base and personal network.
Understand client requirements and deliver customized investment solutions.
Advise clients on wealth preservation, growth, and succession planning.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Achieve business targets through new client acquisition and portfolio growth.
Stay updated with market trends, investment products, and regulatory guidelines
Key Requirements
5-7 years of experience in wealth management,
preferably with banks, NBFCs
, or wealth management firms.
Proven ability to build and manage strong client relationships.
Must possess a personal database of
HNI/UHNI clients
and strong networking skills.
Deep understanding of financial products (mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, structured products, insurance, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
