- Job Title: Wealth Relationship Manager- Location:- Pune- Reporting to:- Area Manager / Regional Head- :- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wealth Relationship Manager to join our team in Pune. As a Wealth Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the banking and investment needs of High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs). Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong client relationships, understand their financial goals, and provide them with tailored wealth management solutions.- Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI and UHNI clients to generate business and referrals, meeting sales targets.- Offer comprehensive financial advice and recommend suitable investment products, including mutual funds, life & health insurance, and other structured wealth products.- Manage and review client portfolios, ensuring alignment with their financial objectives through periodic rebalancing.- Provide expert consultancy on Financial Planning, including Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, and Goal-based Investing.- Stay updated on financial markets, investment products, and regulatory guidelines to provide informed advice to clients.- Requirements:- Bachelor\'s degree in finance, economics, or related field; Master\'s degree preferred.- 3+ years of experience in wealth management or financial services industry.- Proficiency in financial analysis tools, portfolio management software, CRM systems, and MS Office suite.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex financial concepts clearly.- Integrity, ethical conduct, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.- Relevant certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or equivalent preferred.- Knowledge of Indian tax laws, regulations, and financial planning strategies is advantageous.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a successful client portfolio.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects effectively.Join our team and embark on a rewarding career where you can make a significant impact on clients\' financial well-being while advancing your professional development in wealth management.
