Position Overview

The Relationship Manager will be primarily responsible for procuring clients interested in investment products such as Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, and other financial instruments. The role involves managing client relationships and contributing directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Procure and on-board clients for investment products Build and manage an individual client portfolio Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment solutions Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure service quality Conduct regular client follow-ups and portfolio reviews Achieve assigned business targets linked to incentive earnings

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline (finance background preferred) 2-2.5 years of experience in banking, investments, or financial sales Proven ability in client acquisition and relationship management Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Male / Female - Both eligible to apply

Office and field-based role (client visits as required) Own laptop mandatory Own vehicle preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ?18,000 - ?20,000 per month Performance-based incentives aligned with company earnings PF & ESIC benefits after probation Bonus and paid leave benefits after one year
