The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate selling with a proven ability to convert leads into high-value deals. Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete sales cycle - prospecting, client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and serious property investors.
Conduct market research to identify potential buyers for luxury and high-end properties.
Organize and conduct site visits and ensure a premium client experience.
Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into confirmed sales.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements

Education:
MBA or relevant degree in Sales/Marketing/Business (preferred, not mandatory).
Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years in real estate sales or property selling.
Proven track record of closing high-value real estate deals.
Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in English (mandatory).
Strong negotiation skills and client relationship management.
Knowledge of the luxury real estate market and property sales process.
