Relationship Manager

Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Salary:

Upto 4 LPA

Responsibilities:

Recruit and manage a team of financial advisors.

Train and support advisors to use our app effectively.

Drive productivity, focus on renewals, and achieve targets.

Ensure compliance with company policies.

innovate to enhance reach and generate sales.

Distribute insurance, loans, and financial products.

Desired Profile:

Education:

HSC, Diploma, or Graduation.

Experience:

2+ year in sales and business development.

Knowledge:

understanding of insurance and financial products.

Communication:

excellent verbal and written skills.

IT Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
