Key Responsibilities:
>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote tour packages, travel services, and brand awareness across digital and offline channels.
>Create engaging campaigns targeting various travel segments (e.g., leisure, corporate, group tours, adventure, luxury).
>Oversee social media management, content marketing, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, influencer partnerships, and travel blog development.
>Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with customer needs and business objectives.
>Manage relationships with tourism boards, hotels, airlines, and other industry partners for joint promotions and partnerships.
>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
>Plan and execute participation in travel fairs, exhibitions, and roadshows.
>Manage marketing budget and track ROI for all initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources.
>Monitor and report on campaign performance and key metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and booking platforms.
Qualifications:
i)Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
ii)3-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
iii)Strong understanding of tourism trends, travel consumer behavior, and destination marketing.
iv)Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
