Job Description

Actively prospecting for new clients through networking, cold calling, and marketing initiatives. Conducting initial consultations to understand client needs, budget, and property requirements Building rapport and establishing trust with potential clients. Strategically marketing properties through various channels including online platforms, social media, and print advertising. Coordinating with legal teams, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction. Managing paperwork and ensuring compliance with regulations. Promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns. Cultivating long-term relationships with clients by staying connected even after a transaction is completed. Seeking referrals from satisfied clients to expand business.
Required Skills:

Outgoing pleasing personality

In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and trends Proficiency in real estate technology and CRM systems Ability to analyze market data and provide informed advice Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Language known : Hindi,Bengali & English Preferred Industry : Banking/Finance/Hospitality background
