Key Relationship Manager - Direct Channel

Location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Field Sales (On the Road)

Job Responsibilities

Acquire new customers through Direct Channel sales activities

Conduct daily customer meetings and explain life insurance products

Generate business through field visits, referrals, and lead follow-ups

Complete proposal documentation and ensure smooth policy issuance

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Update daily sales activities and reports

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Graduation mandatory

1-4 years of experience in Life Insurance / BFSI sales preferred

Two-wheeler and Android smartphone mandatory

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Local market knowledge of Varanasi will be an advantage

CTC: ₹2.2 - ?5.5 LPA (Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives)
