About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Relationship Manager
for our
Bancassurance Channel
in Ghaziabad. The candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with bank branch staff, driving life insurance business, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
Provide product training, support, and motivation to bank employees for business generation.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions.
Conduct regular meetings, joint calls, and business reviews with bank teams.
Ensure smooth policy issuance, documentation, and customer service.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain MIS reports and track business performance.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience in Life Insurance sales
(Bancassurance channel).
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with targets and thrive in a sales environment.
Good knowledge of insurance products and compliance.
Graduate or above.
