Qualifications & Skills
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. A Master's degree in management, marketing, communication or a similar field
Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role
Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Leadership and team management skills
Strong understanding of industrial sales processes and customer decision-making cycles
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
