You have to take care of the following roles and responsibilities as a

Relationship Manager

1. You will be taking care of a complete Relationship Portfolio from MACRO to

MICRO Level. At the MACRO level, you have to supervise &; strategize the

complete Relationship Department in a way so that all the Paid Subscribers (ALL

PACKAGES) are getting proper attention, timely services, and the latest updates

and there should be a very min or zero ratios of dissatisfied customers in all the

packages.

2. You will be guiding them as a Counsellor and helping them at every stage of their

learning journey as a Mentor and you need to assist them throughout the

following things

a. Take Welcome Call. (Prefix in Mater Data)

b. Share all information regarding the pack.

c. To share Welcome E-mailer & E-Kit.

d. Get the KYC Submission with Consent .

e. Share Orientation Program details.

3. You need to take all the welcome calls, coordination, guidance, and counselling

as per the allocated students and inform the students about ORIENTATION

4. You need to analyse and prepare the monthly performance report of the allocated

students based on the tests attempted and their scores.

5. You will host the HLT session that will be conducted by the subject experts &

mentors.

6. You will have to play the role of bridge between the Paid Subscribers and the

company and you have to assist the student at every stage you need to handle

all queries, which you will get through email, Whatsapp &calls. You have to

answer the queries in a very efficient and diplomatic manner to keep the interest

of the subscribers always positive for the App and the package. The query

response time should be fixed and as minimal as possible. At times, you have to

make yourself available beyond regular working hours or on weekly offs/holidays

to answer any urgent queries or share any important updates with the Paid

Subscribers on the same day.

7. You must conduct various engagement programs, keep checks and analyse the

students' activities to see the students' active ratio towards our app and the

features. From time to time, you have to make strategies and talk to the inactive

students to know the reasons and try your level best to make them active users.

8. From Time to time, you need to make non-scientific videos, and emails to

educate and guide students on the features of the App, Awareness of our Social

Media Platforms, etc. like NN Live, Features and benefits of NN for sharing it with

Paid Subscribers.

9. Your department & individual performance will be judged and analysed by the

ratio of Happy Users, Min or Zero Complaints & most importantly good selection

ratio in upcoming exams of Paid Subscribers.

10. Your roles and responsibilities will not only be limited to the above-mentioned

points, but you will also be getting various assignments from the Director.

Therefore, you need to complete those tasks perfectly and in the stipulated time.

11. The company will give you reasonable work at a time with realistic timelines, and

whatever assignment you are working on must be completed to the best

quality. You have to make sure having your primary goals do not compromise at

any level, and wherever your company requires, any reasonable flexibility/support

will be provided.

12. You need to take ownership of a complete portfolio, Whatever task is assigned or

discussed isn't with you, you have to keep it in a highly confidential manner. You

are not supposed to share any information, data, strategies, or planning with

anyone within and outside the office as per the NDA clause ( Non- Disclosure Agreement )

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
