We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, offering tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will play a key role in driving business growth and maintaining long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects to maximize business opportunities. Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance products and solutions. Provide regular updates and communication to clients regarding their policies, renewals, and new products. Conduct regular client reviews to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or queries. Achieve sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and new business acquisition. Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, claims, etc.) to ensure smooth policy administration and claims resolution. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing products and services. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
