Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about company products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries, resolve customer questions, and provide accurate information.
Identify customer needs and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Maintain a database of customer information and update call records in CRM.
Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication until conversion.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
