We are looking for a Relationship Manager with experience in life / health / motor insurance sales to acquire new customers, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets through effective communication and financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire new customers for life insurance products.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business objectives.
Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers for policy renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and post-sale services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors and market trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
Should be a graduate / post graduate.
2-4 years of experience in life or motor or health insurance sales, bancassurance or agency channels.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Customer-focused attitude with a high level of integrity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
