Tapasya College is seeking a dynamic and proactive
Relationship Manager
to lead outreach and relationship-building activities with schools, colleges, and tuition centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving data collection, managing follow-ups, monitoring admissions, and maintaining the CRM system. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, team coordination, and fieldwork experience.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Data Collection
Visit corporate and non-corporate schools, colleges, and tuition centers to schedule demos and collect student data.
Conduct in-person outreach for marketing and promotional campaigns.
2. Delegation of Work & Follow-ups
Coordinate and follow up with marketing executives regarding school visits and demo activities.
Allocate daily calling data to tele-callers and ensure follow-through.
Supervise and monitor the daily activities of tele-calling teams.
3. Admissions Monitoring
Track the conversion of collected leads into campus walk-ins.
Monitor and manage walk-in inquiries and ensure conversions into admissions.
Analyze trends from walk-in data and generate regular reports.
4. Business Relationship Maintenance
Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, teachers, and tuition center heads.
Ensure relationship executives complete daily visits.
Identify and establish partnerships with new tuition centers and educational institutions.
5. Promotional Activities
Identify key locations and opportunities for brand promotion.
Manage distribution and placement of promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and standees.
6. ERP (CRM) Maintenance
Maintain and update the CRM module regularly with accurate data.
Supervise token entries and marketing record updates for schools and colleges.
Ensure daily tracking of marketing sources and lead entries in the system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in marketing, business, or education).
1-3 years of relevant experience in relationship management, marketing, or admissions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage small teams.
Comfortable with regular field visits and reporting.
Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (training can be provided).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
