Relationship Manager

who can act as an

anchor and host

-- creating memorable customer experiences through warm interactions and live feedback engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and warmly welcome guests to the cafe/restaurant Build rapport and engage with customers to enhance their dining experience Take live feedback and video testimonials from guests Introduce new dishes, chef specials, and events to customers Handle basic guest queries and resolve issues on the spot with a positive attitude Host and anchor small events or special weekends in the cafe/restaurant Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to capture real-time content and customer stories

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience

in customer-facing roles (hospitality, events, retail, or similar) Excellent verbal communication in

English, Telugu, and Hindi

Confident personality with a natural flair for engaging people Comfortable being on camera and interacting in public Basic understanding of restaurant service and guest expectations Willingness to work on weekends and during special events
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
