We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Relationship Manager
to build, manage, and grow strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will understand client needs, offer appropriate solutions, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints
Monitor client accounts and ensure service-level agreements are met
Prepare regular reports on client performance and relationship status
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
Meet or exceed assigned sales and retention targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
[0-5] years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in banking, financial services, or B2B sales (if applicable)
Proven track record of meeting sales or client retention targets
