We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Relationship Manager (Sales)

with at least

3 years of banking experience

to drive business growth through effective client acquisition, relationship management, and cross-selling of banking products. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of achieving sales targets, managing client portfolios, and providing superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers through direct sales, referrals, and business networking. Manage and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets across products (savings, current accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, etc.). Conduct regular client meetings to understand financial needs and provide suitable product recommendations. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, credit, compliance) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Maintain and update client records in CRM systems in line with compliance requirements. Monitor account performance and proactively address customer queries or issues. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Customer-centric approach with problem-solving attitude. Sound understanding of banking products and services. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. Knowledge of KYC norms and banking compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, commerce, or a related field. MBA or postgraduate qualification (preferred). Minimum

3 years of experience

in sales or relationship management in the banking or financial services industry.

Pay: ₹41,000.43 - ₹45,000.30 per month
