Identify and source potential customers for

Home Loans

and

Loan Against Property (LAP)

in line with branch business targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, connectors, and channel partners to drive business growth. Conduct need-based customer discussions to understand financial requirements and offer suitable loan products. Manage the entire loan process--from lead generation, document collection, and credit processing to disbursement. Ensure adherence to company credit policies, KYC norms, and compliance guidelines. Conduct regular follow-ups for timely EMI payments and ensure minimal delinquency. Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales and lead data through internal systems. Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing and customer service. Participate in local marketing and promotional activities to enhance business visibility and customer engagement. Achieve monthly business targets across products and customer segments.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
