Key Responsibilities:

? Build and maintain strong professional relationships with college BDAs, HODs, Training & Placement Officers, and other academic stakeholders.

? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and outreach targets in line with company goals.

? Promote company services to colleges and students through presentations, seminars, and meetings.

? Communicate effectively in multiple languages to build deeper connections across regions.

? Identify new opportunities and channels for collaboration with institutions.

? Provide timely updates, reports, and feedback to the management team.

? Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of services.

Key Skills Required:

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

? Fluency in multiple regional languages (preferred: English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, or others) ? Proven ability to build RAPPORT and maintain long-term relationships

? Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and ability to work independently

? Time management and multitasking abilities

? Goal-oriented and comfortable working under pressure

? Good presentation and negotiation skills

? Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online platform
