Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving business growth, and acting as a key point of contact between the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

? Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution.

? Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products and services.

? Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.

? Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

? Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and client reviews.

? Handle client escalations and ensure effective resolution.

? Maintain accurate client records, reports, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

? 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, client servicing, or account management.

? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

? Strong customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.

? Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting.

? Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

? Experience in IT services, digital marketing, banking, financial services, or B2B sales.

? Proven record of client retention and revenue growth.

? Experience in proposal preparation and coordination with sales teams.
