You will be responsible for:




Identifying leads for an acquisition of potential Emerging Corporate (Start-up) ecosystem customers for lending and structured working capital financing products. Monitoring daily sales call to ensure acquisition process is followed including market coverage. Ensuring tie up with Start-ups and having direct access at Promoter Level across start-ups and industries. Access to major PE/VC for sourcing emerging corporate. Imparting & refreshing product knowledge to team members, ensure complete updated product awareness within the team. Responsible for client KYC and compliance towards transactions. Underlying lending transaction, legal documentations, etc to ensure successful closure with client.

What will you bring to the table?




8+ years of experience in the banking space/ digital lending. Good experience in the acquisition of current accounts and lending. Strong sales orientation and customer focus. The educational qualification you'll need:




MBA Tier 1 college and Sales/Marketing education background preferred.
