Shivaay is seeking an energetic and customer-focused
Relationship Manager (Social Media)
to manage and strengthen client relationships through various social media and online communication channels. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, confident in communication, and capable of handling real-time customer interactions during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers through social media and digital platforms (chat, comments, messages, WhatsApp, etc.).
Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries and product-related questions.
Ensure smooth follow-ups and maintain professional communication at all times.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns or escalations effectively.
Monitor brand activity and customer engagement on social media channels.
Maintain a positive and professional tone in all written communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent command of
spoken English
- mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Fast and accurate typing with proper online communication etiquette.
Ability to multitask and manage several chats or inquiries simultaneously.
Patient, polite, and solution-driven approach to customer communication.
Knowledge of
Meta Ads Manager
and
Google Ads
platforms.
A positive attitude and flexibility to work in a
night shift
environment.
