new SME / Business loan opportunities

through market visits, referrals and channel partners. Achieve

monthly and quarterly sales targets

for LAP, Home Loans and Working Capital products. Build and maintain strong

relationships with SME clients, builders, CA's, brokers and DSAs

. Understand client

financial requirements

and suggest suitable loan products. Handle

end-to-end loan process

- lead generation to disbursement. Coordinate with

Credit, Legal, Technical and Operations teams

for faster approvals. Ensure

complete and accurate documentation

as per policy and compliance norms. Conduct

customer meetings and site visits

for business verification. Maintain

healthy loan pipeline

and track login, sanction and disbursement ratios. Monitor

portfolio quality

and reduce delinquency / overdue accounts. Cross-sell other

banking or financial products

where applicable. Prepare and update

MIS reports, sales trackers and performance data

regularly. Analyze

local market trends and competitor activities

to improve sourcing strategy. Provide

after-sales service

and resolve customer queries/escalations quickly. Build long-term

client relationships

for repeat and referral business.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
