Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth through Business Loans (Secured and Unsecured) & Other Loan Products. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial products, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development:



Develop and implement strategies to drive loan sales and increase market share. Identify and acquire new customers for various loan products (personal, business, MSME, vehicle, etc.). Build and manage relationships with key partners, brokers, and financial institutions. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.

Team Management & Leadership:



Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure goal achievement. Motivate and drive the team to improve productivity and sales efficiency.

Customer Relationship Management:



Ensure excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly. Develop long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Work closely with operations and credit teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

Compliance & Reporting:



Ensure sales activities comply with RBI and NBFC regulatory guidelines. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and performance reports. Provide regular reports to senior management on sales trends and market insights.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the NBFC or BFSI sector.
