Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with insurance agents. Achieve sales targets and business objectives. Provide guidance and support to agents for business development. Ensure high levels of customer service and retention.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the Insurance sector (Motor/Health)*.
Graduate degree required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Target-driven and self-motivated.
