We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager - Alliances to manage and grow partnerships in the Securities business. The role involves building strong alliances with banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, corporates, and distribution partners to drive business through joint initiatives and strategic collaborations.Key Responsibilities- Alliance Development & Management- Identify and onboard new alliance partners (banks, NBFCs, financial distributors, corporates).- Strengthen existing partnerships through engagement and joint business planning.- Business Growth- Drive revenue and client acquisition through alliance networks.- Cross-sell equity, derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs, bonds, and other securities products via partners.- Relationship Management- Act as a key contact point for alliance partners.- Conduct joint meetings, events, and product training sessions for partner teams.- Compliance & Reporting- Ensure all partnerships adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies.- Prepare MIS/reports on alliance performance and business pipeline.Skills & Competencies- Strong knowledge of capital markets, broking, and wealth management.- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.- Ability to manage multiple partners and stakeholders.- Target-driven with a focus on business development.Qualifications & Experience- Graduate / Postgraduate (Finance/Business preferred).- 1-7 years' experience in Banking, Securities, Broking, or Financial Services.- NISM certifications preferred.What We Offer- Up to 5.00 LPA salary + performance incentives.- Exposure to strategic partnerships in the financial domain.- Career growth opportunities in alliances and institutional business.Interested candidates can directly connect at:+91 84888 33693 (ref:updazz.com)
