Open Market Client Acquisition : Independently source new Working Capital clients through market connects, CA references, and industry networking (no branch-led sourcing). Deal Closure : Handle and close Working Capital proposals in the - 10-50 Cr ticket size. Credit Proposal & CAM Writing : Draft proposals and write CAM independently. Credit Risk Assessment : Analyze financials, assess cash flows, and evaluate credit risk in line with bank policies. CRM Ownership : Maintain and manage own CRM, build pipelines, and track opportunities independently. Stakeholder Coordination : Work closely with internal credit and operations teams for approvals and disbursements. Mandatory Requirements:- Strong & current open market sourcing experience- CAM writing & underwriting exposure- Ability to assess credit risk & cash flows- Proven experience closing - 10-50 Cr Working Capital deals- Ability to independently manage proposals and CRM Relocation Note:Relocation candidates will be considered only if they already have strong local market experience and established local connects (ref:updazz.com)
