We are looking for a dynamic

Relationship Manager

to manage premium clients through a consultative and sales-driven approach. This role combines personalized service with strategic sales responsibilities -- focusing on understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and converting leads into long-term revenue opportunities.

Please note this is purely a target based job.

What You'll Do:

Be the main point of contact for a set of premium clients Understand client needs through regular conversations and consultations Recommend suitable services based on their preferences and goals Convert leads into long-term clients through

smart selling and follow-ups

Drive revenue by

upselling, renewing subscriptions, and closing deals

Keep client records updated using CRM tools Work with internal teams to share client feedback and improve service quality

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of experience in

Customer Service, Sales, or Relationship Management

Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions Comfortable working with

targets and performance metrics

Energetic, organized, and willing to learn Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is a

plus
