Job Description
- Visit Societies to check for Painting Requirements.- To conduct an Inspection and take Measurements of the Society Apartment Paintable area.- Submit the Quote to the Society and do Negotiations for Closure- Should search for Painting contractors in the city and to onboard the same with NBH.- Ensure prompt payment collections from society- Lead GenerationQualifications and Education Requirements- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills- Minimum 1- 2 years in the Project sales division of a paint company- Good interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability- Decision-making skills- Good at making presentations- Language Required: English, Hindi & Regional language is mandatory (ref:updazz.com)
