Job Description


1) The core function is to empanel, activate, canvass, mobilize business and manage relationship in retail distribution segment like Individual Financial Advisors(IFAs), National Distributors (NDs) 2) The position will have active physical meetings in the city and intra city with the distributors in the assigned territory.3) Develop and manage sales that provides an environment to grow the company\'s business.4) To execute steps for increasing the company\'s market share across products. This includes gaining market intelligence and analyzing industry trends, pricing strategies, selling techniques, etc.5) Maintain database and records of all distributes / Investors, etc as required for the function and safekeeping of important documents, excel sheets, files, etc 6) Continuously gain feedback from Distributors & Investors for improvising and overcoming shortcomings in the product offering and after sales-service. 7) Co-ordinate with reporting manager, and as and when required Zonal office.
